Hiiiiii.. I'm Clarissa!
Born and raised in NYC, and yes, it’s a flex... Say what you want.
I was a competitive figure skater until I was 21. I’ve worked in restaurants, offices, and retail. I also went to college for one day. No, I’m not being dramatic. I was forced to go, so I rebelled and went for exactly one day.
Eventually, I spent over a decade as a NYC hair colorist.
When I started wanting out of hair, I began experimenting creatively. That turned into content creation, which eventually turned into me opening this boutique consulting agency. I didn’t have any big plans, I just kept evolving and trying new things.
I’ve pivoted a lot. Not because I can’t stick to anything, but because I follow curiosity and move when something feels off. My brain isn’t linear. It’s intuitive, creative, and always working through problems in the background. And I’m convinced my ADHD is genuinely where my best ideas and solutions come from.
I notice patterns quickly, see connections others miss, and usually know when something needs to shift before it’s obvious. Sometimes that means I’m a few steps ahead. Sometimes it just means I ask better questions.
I care about creativity, honesty, and doing things in ways that actually feel livable. No rigid paths. No pretending there’s one right way.
A little unconventional, curious by nature, and always figuring it out as I go.
